How to rent a Limousine - still under construction
How to start -
- Determine the date and the pick up and drop off times that you need. Generally the longer you keep the limousine the lower the hourly rate. Rates are highest for Saturdays and Friday evenings.
- Determine the number of passengers and the type of vehicle you want.
- Call around and get quotes from different companies.
- Check their credentials to be sure they can do interstate transport of passenger if you wish to cross state lines.
Limousines are very expensive to dispatch so most companies require:
You to sign a contract which will include the details of your itinerary and a list of rules. There may also be specific monetary amounts you will pay if you damage the limousine or it's contents.
A minimum of 3 hours of rental time. Single hours (if available) may cost as much as twice the normal hourly rate.
A 20% deposit to hold your reservation. Some may take your credit card number and use that to hold the reservation and will only charge the 20% if you cancel.
